A Chef’s Table LLC was founded by a professional chef with over 20 years of kitchen experience. The company was created to address the lack of foundational kitchen safety training and proper knife skills among students, workforce participants, and everyday cooks.
Kitchen injuries and poor technique can lead to unsafe working conditions and reduced confidence. This program focuses on teaching practical, real-world skills that promote safety, efficiency, and control in the kitchen.
A Chef’s Table provides hands-on kitchen safety and knife skills training for schools, workforce development programs, and community organizations. Each session is designed to help participants build confidence, improve technique, and work safely in both professional and home kitchen environments.
In addition to in-person training, A Chef’s Table is developing digital training resources and educational materials to expand access to kitchen safety and knife skills instruction.
The mission is to promote safe kitchen practices and build confidence through proper technique and training.
